We will place a sign (if you are open to it) and advertise all over the internet (zillow, trulia, hotpads, MLS, craigslist, to name a few) and will send out properties to local colleagues and contacts
Tenant Screening
We will screen tenants thoroughly. With credit, criminal (including eviction), income/employment verification and rental history checks if possible.
Rent Collection/Disbursements
We have online options for tenants to pay monthly rent. And will transfer money to you account quickly. Owners have an online portal to see rents and invoices at any time.
Contract Coordinating
We take care of all aspects of the lease agreement: drafting the lease, obtaining signatures, and collecting the security deposit (held in escrow for the term of tenancy)
Monthly Mangement
We will be there when you or your tenants need anything rental related. And will post notices and coordinate the eviction process should it become necessary.
