We take care of the entire lease up process 

here is what we do 

 

- Help you decide what price you will rent your property for (the final decision is yours)

 

- Market your property 

     -We get a large portion of our renters from referrals - from real estate agents, leasing agents and current and past           clients

     -We market your property on many websites - Craigslist, Zillow, Truilia, Hotpads, Postlets

     -If you choose, we put a lawn sign in your yard 

 

-Show your property to prospective renters 

     -If your property is currently occupied, we will make sure to work around your or your tenant's schedule for                      showings 

 

-Do basic background checks on any interested prospective renters

 

-Once you have approved your new tenants, we can put together and give you a lease to edit and use if you choose

 

-Schedule and Coordinate the lease signing/deposit transfer between you and your new tenant

 

-Now you collect your rent!  

    -You are the landlord/manager of your own property no paying monthly fees to a management company if you                don't want to.
