As the founder, owner and operater of Rental Friends since 2006, Jeff has completed well over a thousand rental transactions - - a licensed real estate agent during that period as well, Jeff has also helped quite a few folks find, buy and sell properties.  

His comprehensive knowledge of the Denver rental and sales market and his excellent communication skills are what sets him apart from the competion.

 

Jeff received a B.A. in Journalism/Communications (double major) from the University of Richmond prior to moving to Telluride, Steamboat Springs, Jackson Hole and Boulder before settling in Denver in 2006.  His work at the Ctiy of Boulder Community Mediation Service helping landlords, tenants and neighbors work through complicated issues has given him invaluable skills as a negotiator for his buyers, sellers and renters.
